Different layers of plastic when laminated together to form a single layer and used for packaging purpose, it is called a multilayer or co extruded film.
Multilayer film gives more strength, barrier property, protection against moisture etc. Because of these enhanced properties multilayered films are getting good acceptance in the area of liquid product packaging.
